• Outstanding dog, combining type with quality, typical head, correct expression, small well placed dark eye, correct earset , good reach of neck, clean well laid shoulders, well boned legs and feet, tail correctly carried and well set, in excellent coat and correct undercoat, moved with drive and showed well, it was a pleasure to award him a CC
• Have admired him from the ringside and was pleased to confirm his good qualities, narrow all through, well ribbed back, excellent topline and underline, angulation spot on, head not over large and in proportion with small dark ears and eye, fits well the first commandment of the Standard “essentially a working terrier” CC
• Correct size, moved and showed well, good length of back, good tailset, straight narrow front, easily spanned, could do the job he was bred for, coat past it’s best CC & BOB
• Class act, broad skull, short muzzle, correct bite, dark expressive eyes, neat ears, lovely neck and shoulders, level topline, excellent pelt, easily spanned, racy hindquarters, in condition to do a days work, sound CC & BOB

Leo is a son of Jack. He is a smart, sound and above all, well mannered and loving boy. We escorted him to Norway in 2001 for what was intended to be a temporary holiday with our good friend Anne Buvik of the Stormbird Kennel. He gained not only his Norwegian title but also a wonderful life with his Springer friends!
